Kaaba, Islamic Hajj and universal brotherhood in islam according to Bible and Quran

Muslim Do Not Worship Kaaba or its stone but respect this sacred place “Bible itself witness upon it”

1) What is circumambulation around the Kaaba in Islam, and Why? (Bible In Agreement with Holy Quran)

{“I will bow down toward your holy temple} and will praise your name for your love and your faithfulness, for you have exalted above all things your name and your word. (From the NIV Bible, Psalm 138:2)”

GOD Almighty’s Holy Temple in Islam is the Kaaba in Mecca.

Allah Almighty Said in the Glorious Quran:

“Behold! We gave the site, To Abraham, of the (Sacred) House (i.e., the Kaaba), (Saying): ‘Associate not anything (In worship) with Me; And sanctify My House For those who compass it round, Or stand up, Or bow, or prostrate themselves (Therein in prayer). And proclaim the Pilgrimage among men: they will come to thee on foot and (mounted) on every kind of camel, lean on account of journeys through deep and distant mountain highways; (The Noble Quran, 22:26-27)”

This Prophecy indeed gets fulfilled every single year during the yearly pilgrimage to Mecca.

2) Circumambulation (tawaaf طواف)

7 times around the Kaaba is also by the exact number in the Bible.

“Ṭawāf (طواف) is one of the Islamic rituals of pilgrimage. During the Hajj and Umrah, Muslims are to circumambulate the Kaaba (most sacred site in Islam) seven times, in a counterclockwise direction. The circling is believed to demonstrate the unity of the believers in the worship of the One God, as every circle has one centre and while muslim circle they move in harmony together around the Kaaba, while supplicating to one God.”

Tawaaf (circumambulation) also exist in the Bible Old Scriptures

Let us look at the following verses from the Bible:

Joshua 6:15-16

15 On the seventh day, they got up at daybreak and marched around the city seven times in the same manner, except that on that day {they circled the city seven times.

16 The seventh time around}, when the priests sounded the trumpet blast, Joshua commanded the army, “Shout! For the Lord has given you the city!

It is unknown why the Jews circled or circumambulated Jerusalem seven times. The number 7 is unknown. It’s just there in the Scriptures. If anything, this proves that there is a lot more from rituals and Commands in the Bible that are missing today. This is just one example. The Bible has examples of great things that are almost entirely not talked about in it.

3) The Kaaba and pilgrimage to Mecca were also prophesied in the Bible.

The “Way of Holiness” (Isaiah 35:8) that Arabia will have in it is without a doubt referring to the Muslims’ yearly pilgrimage to Mecca, today.

The House of GOD Almighty in the Noble Quran and the Bible:

To help the Jewish and Christian reader understand the Islamic way of Worship better, I’d like to first present the following from the Bible:

Genesis 28:16-18

16 When Jacob awoke from his sleep, he thought, “Surely the LORD is in this place, and I was not aware of it.”

17 He was afraid and said, “How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God; this is the gate of heaven.”

18 Early the next morning Jacob took the stone he had placed under his head and set it up as a pillar and poured oil on top of it.

Judges 20:18

18 The Israelites went up to Bethel (the House of GOD in Hebrew) and inquired of God. They said, “Who of us shall go first to fight against the Benjamites?” The LORD replied, “Judah shall go first.”

1 Chronicles 6:47-49

47 the son of Mahli, the son of Mushi, the son of Merari, the son of Levi.

48 Their fellow Levites were assigned to all the other duties of the tabernacle, the house of God.

49 But Aaron and his descendants were the ones who presented offerings on the altar of burnt offering and on the altar of incense in connection with all that was done in the Most Holy Place, making atonement for Israel, in accordance with all that Moses the servant of God had commanded.

As we clearly see, the “House of GOD”Almighty is mentioned in both the Bible and the Noble Quran. The Prostration to GOD Almighty in either His House or in the direction of His House (if you live far away) is the most proper way of Worship according to both the Bible and the Noble Quran.

4) The Bible clearly supports Islam’s Prostration and bowing to GOD Almighty:

Holy Temple in Bible

Psalm 138:2 “I will bow down toward your holy temple and will praise your name for your love and your faithfulness, for you have exalted above all things your name and your word.”

5) The path to Mecca is called the “Path of Holiness” in the Bible.

Isaiah 35

Joy of the Redeemed

1 {The desert and the parched land will be glad; the wilderness will rejoice and blossom}. Like the crocus,

2 it will burst into bloom; it will rejoice greatly and shout for joy. The glory of Lebanon will be given to it, the splendor of Carmel and Sharon; they will see the glory of the LORD, the splendor of our God.

3 Strengthen the feeble hands, steady the knees that give way;

4 say to those with fearful hearts, “Be strong, do not fear; your God will come, he will come with vengeance; with divine retribution he will come to save you.”

5 Then will the eyes of the blind be opened and the ears of the deaf unstopped.

6 Then will the lame leap like a deer, and the mute tongue shout for joy. {Water will gush forth in the wilderness and streams in the desert}.

7 The burning sand will become a pool, the thirsty ground bubbling springs. In the haunts where jackals once lay, grass and reeds and papyrus will grow.

8 {And a highway will be there; it will be called the Way of Holiness; it will be for those who walk on that Way. The unclean will not journey on it;} wicked fools will not go about on it.

9 No lion will be there, nor any ravenous beast; they will not be found there. But only the redeemed will walk there,

10 and those the LORD has rescued will return. They will enter Zion with singing; everlasting joy will crown their heads. Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away.

Regarding Verse Isaiah 35:6 above: The stream and well of Zamzam that Allah Almighty gushed for Hagar and Ishmael, peace be upon them both, in Desert; is one fulfillment for this Prophecy. And many more shall come by Allah Almighty’s Will.

We’re already seeing some of it happening in our world today such as Zamzam and Climate Change making the Arabian Desert Greener.

Isaiah 60

6 {The multitude of camels shall cover thee}, the dromedaries of Midian and Ephah; all they from Sheba shall come: they shall bring gold and incense; and they shall shew forth the praises of the LORD.

7 All the {flocks of Kedar} shall be gathered together unto thee, the rams of Nebaioth shall minister unto thee: they shall come up with acceptance on mine altar, {and I will glorify the house of my glory}.

Kedar is one of Ishmael’s 12 sons who settled in modern day Saudi Arabia.

Genesis 25:

12 Now these are the generations of Ishmael, Abraham’s son, whom Hagar the Egyptian, Sarah’s handmaid, bare unto Abraham:

13 {And these are the names of the sons of Ishmael}, by their names, according to their generations: the firstborn of Ishmael, Nebajoth; and {Kedar,} and Adbeel, and Mibsam,

14 And Mishma, and Dumah, and Massa,

15 Hadar, and Tema, Jetur, Naphish, and Kedemah:

16 These are the sons of Ishmael, and these are their names, by their towns, and by their castles; twelve princes according to their nations.

Few points to notice here:

The “Way of Holiness” (Isaiah 35:8) that Arabia will have in it is without a doubt referring to the Muslims’ yearly pilgrimage to Mecca, today.

This is further confirmed in the Glorious Quran:

“Behold! We gave the site, To Abraham, of the (Sacred) House [That is the Kaaba that he built], (Saying): ‘Associate not anything (In worship) with Me; And sanctify My House For those who compass it round, Or stand up, Or bow, or prostrate themselves (Therein in prayer). And proclaim the Pilgrimage among men: they will come to thee on foot and (mounted) on every kind of camel, lean on account of journeys through deep and distant mountain highways; (The Noble Quran, 22:26-27)”

Isaiah 60

60:6 The multitude of camels shall cover thee, the dromedaries of Midian and Ephah; all they from Sheba shall come: they shall bring gold and incense; and they shall shew forth the praises of the LORD.

60:7 All the flocks of Kedar shall be gathered together unto thee, the rams of Nebaioth shall minister unto thee: they shall come up with acceptance on mine altar, and I will glorify the house of my glory.

Conclusion:

The Islamic Rituals of Worship are all supported in the Bible:

The Islamic Fasting, Prostrating to GOD Almighty in Worship, Doing Pilgrimage are all pillars of the Original Faith, and each one of them is supported in the Bible’s Scriptures, and also outside of the Bible’s Scriptures.

See Psalm 138:2 “I will bow to you in the direction of your Holy Temple.”,

Genesis 28:16-18.

Judges 20:18.

1 Chronicles 6:47-49.

Numbers 24:3-5.

Deuteronomy 9:17-19.

Deuteronomy 9:25.

1 Kings 18:39.

Matthew 26:39 (Jeusus worshiped the Muslims’ way).

Genesis 47:9.

Psalm 119:54.

Nehemiah 9:1.

Esther 4:3.

Psalm 35:13.

Psalm 69:10.

Daniel 6:18.

Matthew 15:32.

The Bible’s fasting is not eating and drinking: Luke5:33 They said to him, “John’s disciples often fast and pray, and so do the disciples of the Pharisees, but yours go on eating and drinking.”

Muslims Do not worship Kaaba or sacred stone but only respect it; because of sacred place of worship appointed by Allah, we only worship of Allah there which bible agree:

The Bible’s Sacred Birds and Idols:

The Bible’s Sacred Idols in the OT and NT praised by both GOD Almighty and Jesus:

In Exodus 25:1-40, Exodus 37:1-9, Exodus 26:1-20, Exodus 36:8-19, 1 Kings 6:19-38, 2 Chronicles 3:1-17 in the Bible, we read about gigantic sacred winged creatures (birds, lairs or big dragons) being made in the Holiest Temple of GOD Almighty, and were placed in the most holy place and also in the place of mercy! They are so holy that GOD Almighty was going to meet Moses in between them! How is this not idol worship? Jesus also said that they are sacred because they’re in the temple (the gold is made sacred because it is in the temple: Matthew 23:16-22). The Arab pagans, before Islam, also had idols that they considered very holy! But Islam came and smashed all of them and cleaned the House of Allah Almighty (the Temple of GOD Almighty)

Let us look at the Bible’s sacred black stones:

Genesis 28:18

When Jacob got up early the next morning, he took the rock that he had used for a pillow and stood it up for a place of worship. Then he poured olive oil on the rock to dedicate it to God,

So here we clearly see that the rock that Jacob, peace be upon him, used for sleeping and resting became a holy object of worship that needed to be anointed by having oil being poured on it. We further read from the Bible about holy stones that GOD Almighty supposedly forbade the believers from even edging or trimming:

Exodus 20:25

25 If you ever build an altar for me out of stones, do not use any tools to chisel the stones, because that would make the altar unfit.

Other translations of this verse:

Exodus 20:25

King James Version (KJV)

25 And if thou wilt make me an altar of stone, thou shalt not build it of hewn stone: for if thou lift up thy tool upon it, thou hast polluted it.

Exodus 20:25

New American Standard Bible (NASB)

25 If you make an altar of stone for Me, you shall not build it of cut stones, for if you wield your tool on it, you will profane it.

Exodus 20:25

Revised Standard Version (RSV)

25 And if you make me an altar of stone, you shall not build it of hewn stones; for if you wield your tool upon it you profane it.

Exodus 24:4

4 Then Moses wrote down what the Lord had said. The next morning Moses got up early. He built an altar at the foot of the mountain and set up a large stone for each of the twelve tribes of Israel.

Exodus 25:1-9

The Sacred Tent

1 The Lord said to Moses:

2 Tell everyone in Israel who wants to give gifts that they must bring them to you.

3 Here is a list of what you are to collect: Gold, silver, and bronze;

4 blue, purple, and red wool; fine linen; goat hair;

5 tanned ram skins; fine leather; acacia wood;

6 olive oil for the lamp; sweet-smelling spices to mix with the oil for dedicating the tent and ordaining the priests;

7 and onyx stones for the sacred vest and the breastpiece.

8 I also want them to build a special place where I can live among my people.

9 Make it and its furnishings exactly like the pattern I will show you.

Again, the black stone in Mecca was a meteorite that was sent down by Allah Almighty to Prophet Abraham and his son Ishmael, peace be upon both of them, to give the precise location of where the Kaaba was to be built by them. We believe that Prophets Abraham and Ishmael built the Kaaba. The black stone is placed in one of the corners of the Kaaba, and it serves as a starting and ending point for the Circumambulation (tawaaf) 7 times around the Kaaba, which is also 100% supported in the Bible’s previous Scriptures. All of Islam’s Rituals are 100% supported by the previous Scriptures.
